Dear Customers,

According to the "Consumer Protection Act" you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days (from the date of delivery). 
It is a prerequisite that the purchased products are in good commercial form, without being used.

Returning products:
1. Fill out the "Products return form" using the button down of this page and print it out.
2. Place the form inside the shipment.
3. The transport costs are at the expense of the customer and are not refundable.

4.Send the shipment to: Perushtica 63, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

After receiving the returned goods and reviewing them, the value excluding the transport costs will be refunded to the client by bank transaction in 30 days. Each customer can take advantage of their right to have their goods replaced with another product of their choice.
